Charlydire's Commissions

Client does not remove my watermark.

Client does not claim my artwork as their own.

Client credits me when sharing/posting artwork commissioned by me.

Client will not use my artwork for AI, NFTs, machine learning, or anything of the like.

Client will not resell/trade/remarket/etc. my artwork unless an additional 300% commercial licensing fee is paid.

I expect to be treated kindly and with respect.

I expect to give and receive clear communication regarding the commission.

I expect client to not provide AI generated images as references.

Payment must be made either 100% upfront or 50% upfront, then final 50% upon sketch approval.

Additional characters will be charged at 100% the original price unless stated otherwise.

Priority payment is $25 base. Increases at artist's discretion based on timeframe.

As of right now, I am only accepting payment through Venmo or Cash app.

Commissions are "first come first serve", priority is the same dependent on timeframe.

Turnaround may take up to 3 months.

If I have not completed your work in this time, I will issue you a full refund!

If I, for any reason, cannot continue or complete your commission, I will issue you a full refund.

If you request a cancellation, you may be issued a partial refund based on already completed artwork.

You are not eligible for a refund after work has been completed and sent
